Hiya,

Should I be worried?

I pre-ordered a VIP pass for Porstmouth gig. Its only a couple of days away, and I've not heard anything yet about the details? I've had a receipt but nothing more.
We'll be travelling down to Portsmouth Wednesday, so I'm hoping they email today/tomorrow, in case I don't receive emails whilst travelling.

The only email address I can see is one of those 'no reply' ones. there is a link on my receipt to ask a question, so I typed a message in there but no response yet.

I'm not complaining, just panicking 'cause I'm a worry guts!! LOL xxx

Hi Lynne

You do not hear until the actual day. I got a message at 11.41 am on the day, saying that we needed to be at the venue for meet and greet at 6.30pm! Unfortunately i was still at work in Bedford!!!

It's a fabulous provision but it would be handy to have atleast 24 hours notice.
