SHe got rid of it bu forcing Explorer to shud down, restarted it adn was fine then.
Use ctrl+alt+del together to bring up task manager and then shut down internet explorer with it.
Good luck

Hi Ani.

The computer does scan whenever I start it. I've got the latest version of AVG. I allso do a full scan on a regular base. ccleaner program allso active.
I thought I had protection enough this way.
After a upgrade ccleaner did the trick.

Thanks for your advise.
