Saad, you do realize that you've just exposed a whole load more people to our ex singers slightly disturbing fantasies.

I noticed he was "economical with the actuality" at least half a dozen times in that interview. The one that had me spluttering was the claim to still be committed to politics. Has he done a single political song on any of his solo stuff ???

What was that publication ??

Where did that journo get this bit from? ...'Perhaps it was the regular line-up changes...' blah blah blah. Ummm apart from a couple of 'guest musicians' and change in brass section at select times when did the line up change until Ali left???? *

*Rhetorical question - doesn't need answering, but my flabber is well and truly ghasted and I haven't finished reading the article yet....

its the usual sh1t michele i actually think he or his wife get hold of these non penis brained journos and pay them to print the crap. surely and maybe i am being very nieve in thinking that a half decent one would actually turn this idiot insde out with constant questions regarding the true facts about ub40. cos his scrambled brain contradicts everything that comes from his ex vocal box.

Too right OL. Any journo worth their salt would do a bit of homework at least before they interview anyone, let alone someone who couldn't tell a truth from a lie. Ali lives in fantasyland and journo school needs a revamp.

Well I think you've just upped their circulation about 200%.

I don't think the nationals are gonna hold the front page any time soon.

It's all very old news.

Although the silly slagging seems to have been tones down a bit. Replaced by sheer fantasy.

He complains about Robin singing a Jim Reeves song, but Jim Reeves was a very good songwriter and country singer. Ali has been covering Britney Spears.....not even in the same universe as a Jim Reeves.

Ali is very bitter and delusional. That's all I have to say about it. He needs to stop cutting down his former band and move on with what's left of his career.
