Seeing on their facebook page UB40 Reformed are calling it a victory as the court case is now going to The High Court!!!

I don't understand why they would want it to go to the high court. It's the real UB40 taking them to court not the other way round. Surely a quick outcome would be in both parties interests as the longer it drags on the more it's going to cost both sides. If Ali thought he had a chance of winning then surely he would have preferred that it was all resolved today. It just looks like delaying tactics to me so they can carry on using the UB40 that little bit longer.
