Ok left home hoping to get to Notty in plenty of time but the traffic was **** took 3 hours instead of 2.
Met up with Somuchsoul who had managed to get us front row in the middle best seats (didn't sit much) in the house.
The minute Eddy & band came out the party began - for me anyway!
Eddy Grant was fantastic the Cheeky Chap!! One lucky lady got his shirt I was waiting for the rest but he stopped there!
His band and ladies were stars too.
Then as if that wasn't enough UB40 came on!!! They were as great - better - than ever.
We had been banned from taking bottles of water with lids on into the concert then some nutter on the stage threw one at me! but security came and took the top from it?? Thanks Brian it was much needed after all the jigging about.
Duncan did fantastic even got a BIG smile from him on the last song - maybe he was smiling because he soon wouldn't have to look at those raving loonies in front of him much longer - he even danced his little socks off a couple of times!
Loved it all especially the new LOL4 ones and getting the Full Monty with all the guys up front! What an atmosphere.
And THANKS again Brian for dedicating Kingston Town to me !! :bounc epurple:
THere was much more but am still dazed by it all and hope to do it all again on Mon!

Last night was FANTASTIC !! from the moment Eddy Grant and his fab band and dancers came on, it was A PARTY ! I could have watched him all night, but these other blokes wanted to come on at about 9pm.
What a brilliant set list they did, especially all the new ones, great stuff UB40, love the way you all take a part in the show, lots more coming to front of the stage and showing us why after 30 years you stilll got the X factor ! and much more. got my live CD so I can relive it again and again till my family start throwing bottle tops at me.
Anyone who has not been yet, YOU GONNA LOVE IT !
