Then that displays contempt for the audience. Not knowing the words of your own new single is pathetic.

Or else when Dunz joined then we'd have had 25 instrumental or dub mixes to listen to on tour!

In the interest of having an unbiased fair discussion, I think it's worth pointing out that we've seen UB40 using autocue on stage as well. Not sure whether they've ever used it on a TV performance however.

That's only a live feed telling them what the catering are going to feed them after the show and an interactive screen asking them to confirm their selections.

For the rest of the song Astro mumbles unhappily in the background. I believe that was a few days before the Jools Holland recordings...

All is not well in camp aldi....

True Anant but they don't use autocue for an entire song.Never seen Dunc or Robin even look at it.

With risk of this turning into 'one singer vs the other', 'my dad is stronger than your dad' style argument maybe we should drop this thread hehe Each to their own and all that, we're all here for the love of good music after all! Some love the early stuff, some love Getting over the Storm, some love Ali's work, and others love it all (like me!). We're all here because of reggae in the end.

But we're not even talking about singing ability here,we're talking about a performer's lack of respect for his audience.
