I think we are all in for one hell of a let down come the 28th

No, not really... we know things like that can happen. If we keep that in mind it won't feel so bad. See it positive. It will mean we will get more pledge updates this way. And again we can have a countdown to the next date. We know our guys work extreme hard for this album so what is a bit longer waiting matter? I am happy when it comes out next week but I am also happy when it comes out next year.

I have got a feeling that we will not have to wait until next year here . Just wait and see .

Oh I am sure it will be this year but what I mean is that we just have to be happy and not disappointed when things don't go as it was planned. I can imagine the band isn't happy with any delay either

Personally it doesn't matter if it's late again but there must be lots of people out there who are fed up with waiting. I hope it will be promoted too. I wouldn't want a really good album ( cos it will be) sink without a trace cos no one knows about it. I mean the ex member gets an absolute phenominal amount of promotion. He's on national TV radio 1 and 2 jools holland loose women national lottery quiz shows etc etc. And then a lot of people think he's UB40. Come on surely you are going to give this album the exposure it needs as its been a long time since the last album. Big love x

A week to go and I have to agree I would have thought there would have been more publicity but then again that doesn’t mean it’s not going to be released on the 28th.
I’ve checked iTunes and searching for UB40 brings up the former lead singers albums aswell as the original bands material so there is some high level confusion still that could play a part in all this . Maybe they guys need the rename the band to “The Real UB40” though that does make them sound a bit pub bandish.
Maybe the band should have a big photo of themselves on the rear of the album cover so people know who they are compared to the others and that wil help people know whose who in the “UB40” world ?
