overview
In 2006 Pama Intl became the first new band to sign to the Trojan Records in 30 years. The revolving nature of the collective's line up has seen the band include members from The Specials, Madness, Steel Pulse, Galliano, The Lee Perry Band, Pop Will Eat Itself, Steel Pulse, Style Council, Bentley Rhythm Ace, The Selecter and collaborations with Dennis Alcapone, Dave & Ansel Collins, Billy Bragg, Groove Corp, Mungos Hi Fi, Michie One, Rico Rodriguez, Derrick Morgan and Dawn Penn.

Mad Professor should need no introduction. From the early 1980's he has furthered dub music like no other. Producing, remixing, collaborating and releasing 1000's of reggae titles, with a who's who of reggae royalty & beyond, including; Lee Perry, U Roy, Mikey Dread, Johnny Clarke, Macka B, Sly & Robbie, Horace Andy, Max Romeo, Sandra Cross, The Orb, Beats International, Sade, Depeche Mode, Jamiroqui, Rancid, KLF, Beastie Boys, Perry Farrell (Jane?s Addiction) and many more. In the mid Nineties, Mad Professor?s profile increased to global status after remixing Massive Attack. The resulting album 'No Protection' went onto sell over 1 million copies.

Pama Intl have now teamed up with Mad Professor to bring you Rewired! In Dub... a complete reconstruction of Pama Intl's Outernational album. Upon it's release 'Outernational' received superb reviews...

"Pama Intl continue their inexorable rise" **** Mojo
?12 hook-filled tracks, vintage rocksteady spiked with soul... An album of substance? Q magazine
"seamless merging of the classic and the modern" Echoes

...and now Mad Professor has set about creating a dub classic in his Ariwa studios.

Rewired! In Dub will be released In Oct'10 to coincide with the Pama Intl/Mad Professor UK tour. The tour promises to be a truly unique dub experience, with Mad Professor at the helm. To add true value for money to the proceedings we will be giving away a free digital copy of 'Rewired In Dub' album with every ticket sold! Buy early to avoid disappointment!
