How do you listen to an mp3 player in the car?

Dave is so pee'd off with listening to the same CD for hours on end, whilst I'm quite happy thank you very much.
So I'm thinking about getting an mp3 player, before I do, is there an accessory you need to buy so you can have it blasting through the speakers.

Stupid question I know. Just needed to find out before I buy one.
Also need to know which kind I should go for.

Any help would be appreciated.

My car stereo says its compatible with my ipod but it does need a connecting lead so I've never bothered looking into it any further. Me and wires just don't mix

My son uses a cassette type thing that he puts into his stereo and is able to connect and listen to his mp3 player with that. :?

Very technical me :!:

K everyone, sussed. :bouncered: :bouncered:

Bought my mp3 player and an FM tramitter.
No cassette thing needed, or a new car (cheers Cwis) especially as she's only 2 years old.

Just tried it out, blasting UB's from the UBmobil at 12.15am :ooh:
Brilliant stuff
God I'm clever when I have to be, well chuffed with myself I am
