Lou. If you get tired, you should take more Carbohydrates in your diet. Not the quick fix ones like chocs and biscuits :ooh: or white bread :aagh: . (these are the sugary type) No good for you :grrr: You need things like Pasta, Brown Rice, wholefoods, plenty fruit and Veg. Porridge is a great energy giver too. Never start the day without it. If you stick to the rules you will always feel full of energy and ready to go. :friends: :friends:
