every time i lose a stone i get to this stage where im pickin for england :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :rolleyes: :laff: bluddy el gota stop it will be putin it al bak on again :aagh:

the easiest way to stop putting weight loss back on again is to stop dieting! be a fat bstd like me :grin:

:laff: :laff: :laff: i lost 4 stone 2 in 4 and a half mths, :grin: in all that time ive only put on 2 pound, :ooh: its just that i get to my stone mark and i wanna eat eat eat !!!! :laff: :laff: gota stik with it tho :grin:

Hiya Rubes !

Since the new year I have lost 1 1/2 stone, by just eating 1500 calories a day, not mixing protein with carbs, and doing LOTS of walking through my village :).

I have gone down 2 dress sizes and feel soo much better for it !

Had a blip last weekend though, ate 2 large Aero choc bars and a Hot dog at the UB40 Cannock gig - bad idea as I put a pound back on ! :rolleyes:

Keep going with the weight loss Rubes, you can do it ! I have 6 lbs to go before I reach my target weight of 10 stone :)

i do eat :grin: :grin: chicken,ham, beef,salads beetroot.cottage cheese, onions, etc, just cut out fats, spuds,pasta etc. :beer: and i still enjoy a drink :bigwink:

ah well, spuds, pasta etc LOL, all startchy complex carbs, I try and eat as little of this stuff as possible. The meat, veggies, mushrooms, egg whites, lean BACON (YUM), are my main foods :)

and as for drinks, and spirit with diet coke or lemonade for me :)

As I've had 2 kids, I've got no chance of wearing a bikini unless I go under the surgeons knife LOL :lol: :laff:

hi ruby are you on a plan???? im back on 1 . 3rd time round for me keep putting it bk on :evil:
