That's terrible news!
He's been on TV recently on the Music Channel, and introduced the Finn Brothers on their recent tour of Australia.

RIP Paul Hester :(

I was in shock this morning when I heard the news.... I'm a big Crowded House fan. He had been missing since Saturday, and unfortunately has taken his own life... :( :(

RIP Paul Hester!

Saw the news this morning.. managed to watch it at last... they've been playing Crowded House on Max Tv the whole day... so sad, what a waste., didn't realized he suffered bouts of depression., you wouldn't think so would you? as he was the larriken of the band and such a top bloke! His wife and small children must be devastated.. as we all are :( RIP PAUL This is certainly a sad day in Australia and around the world too. We all need a group hug...

I've just turned on Max TV and they are playing the Finn Brothers live show I mentioned in my earlier post. Paul has just joined them playing drums and was the joker as usual.

I still can't believe it :(

Yes, I will temporarily remove the Homegrown DVD from the sound system and put in the Crowded House DVD I only bought a couple of weeks ago.

Loud and proud for Mr Hester graemlins/beer.gif

Such a waste of a great talent and funny guy and so young. I heard that he split from the woman that he was meant to marry in May. Presumably the mother of his two young daughters, what a shame. RIP!
