I was looking to _legaly_ download some UB40 music and I found that russian site where it's real cheap :
The Very Best Of (1980-2000) for $1.80

It looks to good to be true. What you think about it ?

Thats just given me an idea.

Most of you probably know that ThePrisoner is working on a site with rare ub40 mp3 tunes. And I'm working on a new site myself called ...WHO YOU FIGHTING FOR?... - The UB40 Database :D

Well we are gonna work together and have the 2 sites in conjunction with eachother. Was thinking of putting all known UB40 tracks for a little price. Then as its not really costing us, the money could go to the UBs or maybe a charity or summet.

What do ya think? Have to speak to Brian about it first though - who will prolly have to speak to Virgin aswell. But its an idea anyway :D :D

To be honest sean the only stuff i would ever consider downloading from the net is stuff that isnt commercialy available like you said remixes etc etc so yes its a good idea if you can get the go ahead :D

Well I think I'll be more conservative and buy the CD from amazon.com for $9.99 (plus shipping), then wait 1 week to get here, then rip it to put in my computer. It's a bit ridiculous but I don't trust this russian site... I don't think they will send a penny to the artists.
