Hi pip
If you are using internet explorer there are two things to try first check the java settings by doing the following. 1. from the tools menu select internet options 2. select advanced 3. scroll down till you see Microsoft VM 4. Tick all three boxes. 5. restart the machine If that dose not help download internet explorer 5.5 form http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ Hope this is of help to you |

hiya pipbird.
the best way to get it is to upgrade internet explorer to release 5.5 That will install the latest Java Virtual Machine as standard.
