Nice one Biglad and welcome to the board.

My two brothers were into UB40 years ago, and lost interest (Despite my nagging) both have got the new album, and they both love it, and will be going to Wembley in December.

Bring it on !!!!!!! Can't wait

My son's into Green day Eminem etc and has always said how much he hates UB40. I came in to the house the other day and it was empty or so I thought.

Anyway I could just about hear Watchdogs by UB40 and my missus heard it too. She said it's probably on the radio and I said 'nah they never play that track'

Now occasionly the next door neighbour plays Labour of love 1 album but it didn't seem to come from there either.

Anyway my sons bedroom door was locked and I could here him and his girlfriend in there and they were playing the 'Very Best Of UB40'

How cool is that they are both 16. So rather than embarress them I didn't say anything. Let them discover good music.

G'day .. have the same with my daughter.. she doesnt like UB40.. shes into Good Charlotte, Green Day, Simple Plan etc... caught her singing along to "Bling Bling" (she knew all the lyrics.. just proves how often I play UB40 in my house!).. she said it would probably do well in the charts..
