Yes and I think a special edition album would be maybe a double CD and DVD CD1 the album itself CD2 B-Side and maybe some rare material (hint hint) from that era demo's etc. And for the DVD Labour of Love film and maybe UB40 live from Hammersmith

Be good to get the guys to tour the new album first whenever that is. Lol 1 tour no ta, most of the concerts we hear rrw, cherry oh, j2b, many rivers, so not sure why we would want it toured. Present arms would have been a great one though

lol 1 was a iconic album ... so yous lot bitching please no... get a grip.. ub40 signing off tour was superb then hits included set blown away...ub40 are at there best LIVE...maybe do second set new album tracks and hits...
why the downside ? ub40 are as strong as ever...with duncan on vocals.. 4k sake...
vive la ub40...

Chris
i agree with what you say about LOL1 but
when Ali left, apart from the first set of Signing Off, all we heard at gigs was LOL tracks
whether that was legal reasons or just a way of introducing Duncan to the public, i dont know, and yes it was great, BUT, 3 years into a new era, let the music be new
me personally
if you are talking about LOL tracks, i would sooner hear/see Boom Shaka Laka or Cream Puff rather than Red Red Wine now
don`t get me wrong, if UB40 where to do a 30 year LOL1 gig i will be elbowing Mitch out of the way at the front......but like most on the boards..i would like to hear and buy new stuff
leave the Ali era where it stopped and start afresh

I agree with Dean, the LOL stuff has been done over and over again live.
Some of the bands biggest hits come from those albums so they have to play a few on the tours but a whole LOL tour would be too much.
Lets have some new and rarely performed tracks next tour
