It's not quite that straight forward Tom.

I'm gonna stop there. I've said too much already.

And when it comes to female chauvinism yes, there are many women that have developed a hardened attitude towards men. That is misguided. That's why I'm always complaining about stereotyping. It's something women can be just as guilty of.
In exactly the same way there are many non-whites who have racist attitudes. Racists don't come in one colour any more than sexists come in one gender.

But. And it's a big but. The average white male will never know what it's like to have their lives blighted by being judged on their race or gender.
And pointing out that others do the same is still no excuse.
It sure can't be a coincidence that Andy Gray got the sack, yet it's a very unsubtle way (to put it mildly) for his former employers to go about it.

I do hear what your saying and I suppose if those commentators' remarks had been racially motivated about a black official, a part of me have felt personally affronted. But let's look at it; many newspapers and television programmes aren't above sexist stereotypes when it comes to boosting their circulation or viewing ratings. I doubt they'll change much after this fiasco either.

I wonder if Sky renege on their decision and if Gray will be offered his job back? We'll see.

Just bought the new FIFA game for the Play Station 3. Its very realistic. When the wife walked in, Andy Gray told her to get back into the ****ing kitchen!!
