TV in card is the way to do it, they are cheap enough mow, you can hook up ys video to it and rip em straight as MPEG.

Steve,

If you have a tv card play the video straight into that and record on the tv software then just convert to what ever format you want.

It can also go directly into the graphics card, be warned it is time consuming thats why i left me stuff on video tape to......
