Default And speaking of album sleeves:

What are your faves?

Done this before but always like to see people's choices.

My fave RETRO one has to be The first Specials album- shock horror, never thot I'd say that.

Scientist album sleeves should be in galleries...awesome!

Modern wise, I love the artwork on the Gorillaz sleeves, especially Demon Days......got a vibe about it.

Think i remember it.......i liked all the early 80s Greensleeves sleeves....there was one they used for all the 12" singles that had like a history of reggae in cartoon form......great work.

I think Scientist album covers are my faves in reggae......I have the Dub Duel album, and it has in cartoon form Gil Scott Heron, Sly Dunbar, Peter Tosh, Jacob Miller and Mick Jagger....bunch of others as well....am sure it's on the web somewhere.

Haha! I hear you......apart from the 2 tone crowd at my school, most of me white mates would be into chart stuff.......though there were one or two who were well up on reggae, and probably knew more contemporary artists than me! One of them ended up playing drums in me first band, a guy called Jerome, we called him Jah Rome. He was good!!! He had all that Greensleeves stuff....Ranking Toyan, Eeka mouse and stuff
