i ca not get into the chatroom

hello! everyone i have tried to be on the chatroom but always appears a message that said "be patient as the chatroom loads" and now besides this msge there´s another that says there´s an unknown error,so it is making me feel very upset,can you tell me what is really hapening? or it could be my connecction
