About 2 hours by car for us here in sunny Wales! Well worth it though, with UB's blasting on the stereo ALLLLLLLLLLLLL the way

Train for me from North Wales, done it so many times now it's like coming home
Always have a lovely time in Brum the taxi drivers once you mention UB40 are a friend for life :P and they always have a relation or a friend who went to school or drank with one of the band somewhere along the line

it always amuses me, the "long" distance travel in Europe... I travel an hour by car just to and from work every day... lol

Irina, when I lived in London around the corner meant 5 mins away. Now it means an hour away!!!!

That's the round trip then Steve... Borehamwood is just a few minutes from the M1 and its only 108 miles from Staples corner to Brum - as the crow flies - hope to wave to you on the way up
